A high-power induction heating board based on ZVS (Zero Voltage Switching) technology, designed to heat metals quickly and efficiently using a low DC voltage of 12-48V. This board is a powerful tool for hobbyists and small labs to perform hardening, annealing, metal melting (e.g., gold, silver, copper), and desoldering large electronic components .

Important Notes: The package does NOT include the power supply, cooling unit (fan), or graphite crucible .
To operate this board safely and effectively, you will need:
DC Power Supply: 12-48V DC, with sufficient current rating (at least 20A at 48V) (not included) .
Cooling Unit (Fan): A fan blowing top-down to cool capacitors and components (not included) .
Safety Gear: Heat-resistant gloves and safety glasses .
⚠️ Burn & Fire Hazard: Metal parts inside the coil can reach over 1000°C, posing a severe burn and fire risk .
⚠️ Electrical Hazard: The board operates at low voltage (12-48V), but high currents (up to 20A) are also dangerous. Avoid touching circuits while powered .
⚠️ Power-Up Sensitivity: When using a switching power supply, turn the supply on first until the output reaches 12V, then connect it to the heating board. Otherwise, the board may fail to start or get damaged .
⚠️ Metal Piece Size: The volume of the metal piece to be heated must not exceed 1/5 of the coil's internal volume. For a cylinder, its diameter must not exceed 1/3 of the coil's diameter , otherwise overload may occur .
